Professionalism

It is sometimes difficult to identify the true meaning of professionalism. Many individuals use professionalism as a mask to cover their lack of ability to do their work effectively.Others use it to impress and others use it to gain power.

What is professionalism then? Professionalism is generally viewed as focused, accountable, competent, confident, with respect for others and motivated towards a goal. This means you draw out the outburst and emotional thralls that accompanies stressful situations and accomplishments.

Professionalism can also be defined as adhering to the accepted standards of a profession and placing the interest of the public or the clients above the individual's immediate needs.A commitment to meet the expectations of their clients of prompt and reliable services.

Some say professionalism is all gone and people are just working for the money. That is absolutely wrong.I can prove to the world that there are still millions of workers who displays professionalism.I have proven it to my self last Saturday when i had breakfast at JOLLIBEE Mandaue ubos branch.

I went there for breakfast before my business appointment and to my surprise the crew and staff who works there were so focused with great customer service attitude inspite of their being busy. They showed great professionalism and a love for their work.Without excited, motivated and workers that works with professionalism a company will not be able to stay dedicated and focused for the long haul.Congratulations to the staff and crew of JolliBEE Mandaue ubos branch especially those who are on duty last Saturday March 13,20010 for being professional and for loving your job and your customers.Professionalism is not yet gone because of you.Congratulations!
